December 13	Morning: attending the first Board Meeting of UMS CI: discussing regulations on development planning, human resource, finance, assets and teaching.
December 13	Afternoon: attending the first Board Meeting of UMS CI: discussing internal organization setup, annual budget and work plan, teaching program and enrollment plan, etc.
December 14	Morning: Meeting with director of International Development and discussing details in the cooperatively-run programmes in education and scientific research between CSUST and UMS .
December 14	Afternoon: Meeting with relevant administrators and exploring the cooperation possibilities in the field of engineering between CSUST and UMS
