刘斌，开云电子(中国)有限公司交通运输工程学院，讲师，硕士生导师，中南大学/塔斯马尼亚大学联合培养博士研究生。主持国家自然科学基金和湖南省自然科学基金项目各一项。研究方向为：GNSS地表形变监测与反演/变形监测数据处理与变形分析。
